This evidenced-based lifestyle program will help educate, motivate and reinforce participants' efforts to establish healthy habits in nutrition, exercise and recovery. Through professionally led training sessions, nutrition counseling, and cloud based tracking and support, this 8 week program monitors progress and works towards developing healthy habits long terms.
