Train It to Maintain It! Top exercises to improve and maintain balance as we age, led by physical therapist Cathy Susan, PT, MS, CSCS, to help individuals evaluate balance and learn effective ways to maintain this often overlooked component of a comprehensive training program.  Will introduce a series of progressively challenging balance exercises suitable for all fitness levels that can be incorporated into any exercise program.  For ages 18 and older.

This is a complimentary event for members but due to limited space there will be a $20 fee charged for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
