A graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute, Kathrina (pronounced Kah-three-nah) is eager to share her passion for energy work and the numerous benefits massage offers for mental well-being with the Liberty community. With a versatile skill set, Kathrina utilizes a variety of techniques to address common concerns such as limited range of motion, stiffness, stress relief, and headaches. Trained in sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal/sidelying, craniosacral therapy, and Reiki, Kathrina is dedicated to helping you rejuvenate your body and achieve your wellness goals. Outside of work, Kathrina is a proud mom of two, enjoys the company of her five cats, and loves to unwind with a good book.
