As a graduate of the Ann Arbor School of Massage, Herbal & Natural Medicine, Kathy believes that by promoting health, we help prevent disease and massage is a key component to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Her focus is on relaxation techniques that reduce pain and stress, while restoring mobility and improving overall body functions. This is accomplished through a variety of therapeutic massage styles which include Swedish, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release and Deep Tissue Massage. Cupping and percussion gun work may be added by special request. Each session will be customized to support your individual needs.
