Adult USTA Tennis Leagues
The United States Tennis Association (USTA) sponsors national competitive recreational tennis leagues that allow players of various ages and skill levels to play on competitive teams. Liberty typically hosts more than 25 teams in a variety of team settings including women, men, mixed doubles, combo, seniors and super seniors.
The summer USTA season runs from May through August. Most practices and matches are held on weekday evenings. Liberty offers a wide assortment of summer teams at all levels of competitive play.
The fall/winter USTA season begins in October and runs through April. In the fall/winter, Liberty currently offers men's and women's combo teams at the 6.5, 7.5 and 8.5 levels; as well as opportunities to play on mixed-doubles teams (currently 6.0 to 9.0 levels).

USTA Combo Doubles League
This league requires USTA membership.
This league has both men's and women's teams. (Not a mixed doubles league.) Three levels of play are offered for men and women: 6.5 men or women, 7.5 men or women, 8.5 women. This is a unique USTA league that encourages players who might not normally play together to do so without affecting their current rating. Established ratings are combined to determine the level of play. Home matches are played Sunday evenings at 6:00 pm. Away match times and days vary.
USTA Mixed Doubles League
This league requires USTA membership.
For levels 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0, and are for men and women 18 years of age and older. New teams are welcomed and encouraged to maximize the number of matches played by each player. Registration is available during the month of December. There are no league-specific practices, however participants of the Doubles League may enroll in the USTA weekend practices. USTA practice fees apply.
USTA Singles League
This league requires USTA membership.
This is a weekend USTA League offered in the winter for women's and men's teams. This league consists of three singles courts per team match with a team captain that coordinates players for each match. Matches are 2 out of 3 sets with a super tie-breaker instead of a full 3rd set with a time limit of 1.5 hours. The winning team receives a flight winning gift. Players are required to play at their USTA level (no 'playing' up).
